Why underling the world "in skill" if Mihawk was stronger overall? Never happened when a character was told to be stronger than an other.
I guess why not just putting "superior to Saint Red hair" without adding in skill.
But of course you all can't think and guess why Oda choiced do add in skill in particular, right? Nothing is done at random, remember that, everything has a meaning , justlook through it.
