Kaido, BM, and WB still have superior portrayal.

BM did not have better portrayal than Mihawk. She was a meme and a disgrace to the O.G 4 Yonko. Mihawk’s portrayal > Shanks portrayal now so only Kaido and WB had better portrayal and they’re no longer active so Mihawk is clearly high top tier.
