But his bounty is the same as Luffy's, and Killer participated in the rooftop hype
Zoro got 0 credit for the Rooftop in his bounty (the gap between his and Sanji’s is as small as the gap between King’s and Queen’s) despite doing much more on the Rooftop than Killer. Killer isn’t gonna get 1B just for landing one cool looking attack on Kaido

This does make sense honestly.

The scabbards had ryuo that could easily cut through kaido.

Zoro couldn't do this without using enma's power. At least not until he got king of hell.

Does this mean that the scabbards are better swordsmen than dressrosa Zoro? Probably not, given his feats.

However, I don't see how you could use this argument to say Shanks>Mihawk, because Mihawk is only greater in skill. Because as seen with the zoro example, Zoro>Kinemon regardless of Kinemon's better haki. I'm guessing Mihawk and Shanks are the same.
Zoro could hurt Kaido without releasing Enma; that's why Kaido was impressed by Zoro's Onigiri. Zoro wanted to release Enma to have more impact.

Killer might just get a high increase because he's the Commander of Kid, a 3 Billion Berry man. Maybe in the Billions or may not be in the Billions.
