I think we underestimate the powers of an ancient zoan too much.

He is not physically stronger, of course but he can beat him. Killer is an agile acrobat with lethal weapons.
Ancient Zoan cannot just ignore sharp weapons.

Maybe, but nothing tells us that the hybrid form of page one is not agile enough to hit killer, especially since it's a zoan it has a very high attack power

Honestly Sanji can't fight yonko commanders yet. Maybe has a very slight chance against YC4 but I dunno.

Also as for the OP

Zoro vs King (Swordsman/Right Hand/Second Strongest) - Zoro struggles mightily due to Kings flying ability until he cuts one of Kings wings using a new tech from Enma. Once Floored they bang out in an elongated sword dwell. Zoro takes Kings final attack drops to the ground. Unlocks Kings disposition and stands back up. A shocked King repeats that attack again on the extremely injured Zoro counters with his own new ultimate tech similar to Luffy vs Katakuri. But Zoro doesn't fall like they did. Or at least not until King falls first. Also return of the headband.

Sanji vs Queen (Trickster/Pervert/3rd Strongest) - Sanji's agility proves to be harder to deal with for queen in his full Zoan. Queen switches to Hybrid mode and chips Sanji up. Sanji uses raid suit to counter. Gets the upper-hand. Queen uses poison (possibly to affect others) Queen traps Sanji destroying the raid suit and poisoning Sanji. Queen starts to dance while Sanji's in agonizing pain from the poisoning. The posion triggers Sanji to unlocks his exoskeleton and his cells counters the poison long enough for him to defeat queen with whatever his new ultimate move is. After the battle Chopper goes to help heal him lets Sanji know his exoskeleton has changed

Jinbei vs Jack (The Heavy/Fishman/4th Strongest) Jinbei slams jack around in full Zoan form. Hybrid Jack trades with Jinbei on even terms. Just a long battle trading blows fishman karate vs Jacks scythes (maybe newer scythes) Jinbei starts to lose the hand to hand, Jinbei gets cut up. Jinbei uses an ultimate Tsunami type size Kamehamaha wave on Jack to wreck him. Maybe makes some statement about him forsaking his heritage by eating a DF lol

I feel like people massively underestimate the yonko top commanders ever since Luffy surpassed them.

King and Queen are used as hypetools for Luffy and Kidd and are quickly taken out early in the war. Then later, they recovered due to zoan awakening.
