Let's get the facts. Does the Navy consider Shanks a top swordsman? I think so, because they set Shanks against the background of Mihouk's swordsmanship. 1. Jinbe has a bounty over sanji and basically the same as zoro should be weaker than both
2. Usopp is over franky and brook
3. Zoro and sanji also have lower bounty than king and queen
4. Tamago and pekoms over oven and daifuku
5. Black maria over sasaki
6. All the tobiroppo over drake

Being stronger doesn't necessarily mean you'll have the higher bounty

Zoro learned those things to not fall behind Sanji and Luffy and Jimbei too much

1) WB>Mihawk>Shanks. pretty easy. No one has WB feats.
2) WB weapon is clearly a type of spear. Anyone arguing otherwise was either a Shanksstan or Zoro tard.
3) Saying that "king is no swordsmen" means he doesn't have the honor a swordsmen is supposed to have. Mihawk doesn't have a 3.6bill bounty because he has more honor then Shanks.
4) You know what WB and King have above Shanks? WB and King have actually been shown seriously fighting without the use of a sword.

This chapter is so nostalgic. Seeing Mr.3 reunite with Mr. 0 and Mr.1, Cabaji and Mohji, Alvida and even Ritchie all interacting. It's refreshing to come back to some familiarity after spending so many years with the Wano and New World characters in general.
