Honestly I think in terms of haki they weren’t far off in strength. If burgess got the flame flame fruit instead of Sabo the fight would’ve went very much the different way.

Burgess will likely get his hands on his own devil fruit.

2)When has Mihawk gone all out? That did stop Shank stans from judging Mihawk.

Yonko Status is more impressive than WSS title in my opinion.. Actually WSS does not mean much aside the importance the fans attach to it..

I don’t think so just cause we’ve never had matched based on crew positions before. Usually fights are designed to tell a story:

Zoro - Learning to cut nothing vs Shiryu
Usopp - Avenging his father vs Van Augur
Jinbe - Fighting for equality vs a Corrupt King
Franky - Proving the superior battleship vs “the colossal battleship”

So, former Warlord bounties:
Mihawk: 3.59B
Buggy: 3.189B
Law: 3B
Blackbeard: 2.2B
Crocodile: 1.965B
Jinbe: 1.1B

That leaves Doffy, Hancock, Kuma & Moria. I can't imagine any of the first three getting bounties lower than 1.5B. Hell, I'd bet on 2B+ for them based on Croc. And Moria was said to clash on par with Kaido in his prime.

It seems the writing on the wall about Warlords is pretty much the exact opposite of what many people have been saying for years. There's seemingly no "skill cap" on how strong a Warlord can be--as demonstrated by Mihawk-- and I'd bet you have to be at least as strong as the average YC to maintain your position.

EDIT: I forgot Weevil, but I'm sure he'll get a high-ass bounty as well

Unless they all join Cross Guild I wouldn't expect a massive bounties.
Mihawk is built different.
Buggy and Croc and getting inflation from Mhawk.
Law 2v1 Big Mom.
Black Beard is a Yonko.
Jinbei the subordinate of a Yonko.
Weevils bounty is pretty new and was only 480Mill. Hancock is likely captured. Even if she wasn't her forces are not particularly strong. She's also been shown to struggle in combat. She wouldn't much above 1Bill I think. Doffy is hard because much of his influence has been seized by Croc. Moria is fodder.
