Plus dosent change the fact that Kaido sucked up for orochi YEARS after Oden was dead, for the same reason why Mihawk joined the warlords...to be left alone to their own thing.

Reject something means its given to them...and no one gave Mihawk the title. Mihawk not wanting to become an Emperor has nothing to do with whether he will succeed or not if he tries to do so. He just doesn't want the hassle or difficulty involved in the struggle of trying to do so. So it's not a rejection since no one gives him the position.

Mihawk doesn't give a crap about Yonko title doesn't mean the Yonko status loses its merit. Like since when Mihawk is the court judge of titles in OP?
Can he become a Yonko if he were dedicated enough and have his own strong crew? Definitely. But Mihawk is not that type of person. He just wants to be alone and enjoy a peaceful life like a lone wolf.
