No the "if" there is for whether his bounty changed before the current chapter
Exactly and that is my point.
The fact that Cross Guild hasn't done anything is why the only person who got a bounty because of Cross guild is the one who is believed to have formed it.....Buggy. That is why Buggy got the props for bringing in Mihawk and Croc.
It is important to note that the world government doesn't think of this as a partnership but rather Buggy being the leader.
The fact that Cross Guild has not done anything means Mihawk and Croc will not get a bounty because of Cross Guild...only Buggy did
