Sounds quite possible, but i am just no friend about this fate-stuff, i also disliked it with Naruto. If i take Naruto as example, it felt like everything he always achieved, was a fate. It doesnt happened because he worked for it, he made it through all Problems, through all enemies, it is just because it has to be. Like it was not his own achievement, you know? Thats why i am always a bit unfriended withthat fate-stuff.

Lol shippuden fucks up the whole premise of naruto. The hardworking underdog who beats genius has superman dad and jinchuriki mum and unlimited power inside and was destined to be half of the sotsp son power. Gives a new perspective of how did he struggle so much.

There is difference in my opinion in both scenario.

Naruto is more linked to fate while Luffy is more linked to will and freedom.

Naruto had nine tails within him and thus his fate was sealed from that moment itself.

Luffy inherited the will of ancient clan and he exercised that will and freedom by making a decision to become pirate king despite being pushed by garp to become a marine.

Alliance taking L is a given...anyways...that is the point of having SH...whenever they were involved things will always be chaotic and won't go according to the plans...

There is difference in my opinion in both scenario.

I get your Point, but it is still something like he doesnt achieved it by himself, because it was his destiny, like whatever he would have done, he would have done anyway, whatever he choosed to do. Thats why i would prefer my theory above with zoro, which would mean she believed in zoro to be strong enough, but she obviously didnt know if he will strong enough, he just believed in him.

There are two perspectives on destiny.

One, you will get what you are destined to and everything will happen in predetermined way. In this case there is no free will or choice to exercise.

Second, your desinty will manifest through your efforts which involves element of free will and choice.

One piece is mix of both through concept of inherited will, luck, freedom and time.

So, I kind of agree with what you said however Zoro csse would also be no different as he is inheriting ryuma legacy and will of shimotsuki to cut Kaido scales and also to become WSS
