so you mean only one admiral presnt in kong era?. i really doubt that. but i wonder why did WG make kong into a commander in cheif which is only under imu and five elders. He literally has all the access to WG and Marines forces.
The thing is, oda is not the kind of author like Tolkien. Those past admirals, whether or not they existed, aren't relevant to the current storyline so far. So he is not gonna be explaining them.
i mean when kong is admiral not when he is fleet admiral. I think the age difference between fleet admiral is like 20+ years if we take sengoku and akainu ages into account for example. Sengoku also calls kong as kong-san. i can only majorly see this term as one respecting their elsers.
