@Kiwipom Do we know if he couldn't use both abilities? IIRC, one went into affect at night, the other was a day phase ability. It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume he could use the Dusk Phase to set up the champagne and then the night phase action for turning Bogard into a jester.

Well, there are occasions when scum wants to lynch scum. Specifically if you're on a team. You will wanna clear your name by removing your allies who garnered too much suspicion.

Here is the thing, I don't feel like Bogard acted inconsistent throughout the game. He was angleshooting, using previous games, making weak pushes about timezones. Then he was a bit more defensive at night it seems, and then the next day he piggy-backed off the immunity to make himself more suspicious.

Plus, as a serial killer, Relapse's goal is to reduce town. By setting up Bogard for the champagne scuffle, there is already a 1 in 2 chances for Bogard to get killed. While he doesn't know who is going to die, why would he take the chance to waste his ability again on Bogard and make him jester too?
