is the metric used to measure swordsmanship including the strength of the hand? or is it mostly just how skilled u r with the sword

like u can have a really good artist whose hands are weak. he can be the most skilled artist, but not the strongest

strength is unrelated to skill as long as u have the minimum required strength to wield the blade or the paintbrush

same can be said for marksmen. this anime sux at writing marksmen but there can certainly be a display of strength, skill, and accuracy for them

Yes, marine hunting is the most dangerous thing for marines, lmao.

Yes, Crocodile also got high bounty for that, but only Mihawk has the ''marine hunter'' title, and previous bigger bounty than Crocodile's 81 million.

Crocodile is higher than Zolo and Sanji for the same reason, not because individual power, due to marine hunting.

Mihawk is the marine hunter, Buggy is stronger but still not equal because they just started to hunt, mihawk was hunting before.
