One Piece Chapter 1059 "Captain Koby’s Case"

Good chapter, chaotic with some flow issues. Oda is really trying to finish this up quick or get to his main parts. But it is chapters like these with info and lore dump that fans are fond of.
Hancock hype, turning two BB captains to stone and with her comment about not even the next user being able to return them back, can we just say that she neg diffed them. Coby hype, not getting turned to stone (his experiences with Alvida have made him immune to beautiful women). BB hype, new bounty second highest active one in only two years, maybe Shanks talk with Gorosei has to do something about it. Blocking that Shotahawk attack with haki, making Hancock bleed with that chokehold (might be off screened).
King hype with the Seraphims being unscathed even after fighting the Kujas (known for their haki) and BB (devil fruits useless against them it seems). It seems only high-top level ACoC attacks work against Lunarians.
Rayleigh hype, ACoC confirmation, making all marines and BB pirates get the fuck out of there, stronger than a Yonko in his prime, fucking PK level guy.
Can anybody make the timeline about the events of Wano and outside world from Chap 909 to 1059? The bounties are confusing.

Honestly Oda has so many editors,is it that hard for them to check a simple thing like this. If the off. translation is accurate she easily could have been the empress from 3 generations ago.
