Pluton isnt on Onigashma.

Onigashima is on wano territory that nuke would destroy entire wano and liberate pluton

Well CP 0 was doing their own thing separate from Navy HQ and weren't clued in to the actions and thinking of Navy HQ.

CP 0 not wanting to anger Kaido doesn't imply that the World Government as a whole feared them.

I don't think it makes sense to assume that CP 0 spoke for the Gorosei let alone for Imu sama.

I didnt read it in a sequence, basically missed the arc after they destroyed the Arc/ship(?). The next arc was kind of boring, now I dont have energy to catch up 😴

Yamato is not retarded and she does have a point. Kaido kept enemies away, however, she has absolutely no idea on the outside world or how it functions. She doesn't know that Kaido's reign helped the Goverment. She was speaking in favour of the people of Wano because now they'll be living in constant fear of people like Ryo attacking them.

Also, Yamato damn near said that if not for Shanks Ryokugyu would've defeated everyone. She definitely wasn't able to stop him.
