Bro, Sanji spent his entire childhood in soldier training, then a decade of martial arts under Zeff, then two years of time-skip training. Literally 19 of his 21 years he's been in training. He was intoduced to the story as a figther cook among fighter cooks, is known to the world as Black Leg Sanji, not Black Chef Sanji. And finally, his impact on the success of the strawhats came mainly outside of cooking.
