This episode color qnd lighten was on point no lie all scenes with sanji was done awesome I can wait for him to save chopper plus the camera angels was on point and sanji seeing kid looks nice also , luffy and kaido extended fight is also nice , it makes me wanna see the sanji and zoro fight even more

Damn, that episode was peak. The direction was on point. For being entirely filler, the Luffy vs Kaido stuff was fantastically well done and still kept the surprise of what occurred in the manga while directorially emphasizing movements that characterized Kaido's disappointment, like Kaido holding his face in disappointment.

The animation was also absolutely top notch.

Even the added dialogue for Kaido this episode was really good.

Do people reckon that Kaido destroying Luffy like this on panel made Kaido seem more intimidating?

He just destroyed Luffy this episode bit by bit. Every time Luffy got up, Kaido just beat him down again twice as hard. The final time Luffy got up, only for it to be revealed that he'd already lost hit different after all those attempts and beat downs.

Since 1015 , we have seen good animation episode . The only problem that by not using the blood effect, toei ruined the panels. Also , if they dont want to use it , dont use it at all. when kaido hit luffy , luffy bleeding. and after one scene , luffy still looks amazing. disappointment.
