People with regular bodies don't have great durability. They mostly depend on endurance to withstand attacks. Look at Garp after Luffy's punch... That's the same guy that was having death matches with Roger. BB was rolling on the floor after Luffy's punch and then he went on to eat GGnM attack to the face.

My issue is that deep down, at heart, he's just to good. He even showed regret after his defeat by Zoro's hand.
CP0 is another level of cold-bloodness.
Lucci perfectly fits in it, Stussy too, but Kaku is to human imo.
Kumadori, for example, is another one that has no place in an environment like CP0.

I agree Kaku has better potential than the rest of the cp9 in strength. But not Lucci.
If you are going off of how Kaku mastered his DF so quickly, that's not gonna matter now. Cause, a DF, especially a normal Zoan, has a limit or Ceiling in terms of mastery. And Kaku achieving the mastery of the Giraffe DF quickly doesn't mean he has better potential than lucci. And once he has achieved that mastery, he's gonna plateau.
We also didn't see lucci get his df. He could also have gotten to that level of usage just as quickly for all we know. Even Kalifa did the same. Also have to take into consideration the plot.
And Lucci was famed as a very rare talent in Cipher pol history. Even vice admirals were praising him if i recall correctly.
