Here is one recent example: CP0 was sent to ensure that Kaido defeated Luffy. Mr. Go accomplished his mission. The gorosei were just wrong on what would happen next. That isn't CP0's fault.

Akainu is still part of World Government so Admirals > Akainu.

You're not making any sense dude and you aren't even adressing the main point.
We have both the Admiral and Mihawk hired by the WG. The WG, as you say, knows how much Mihawk shits on the Admirals power wise so why didn't they give him the title ?
