Abolition of the warlord system by Fujitora the single biggest and most important change we've ever seen in the OP world since Roger finding OP.

And how is that abolition going? Marines are now being hunted down with bounties. Fuji messed up.

In Fuji's defense, the abolition was in part due to BB exploiting the system. Reform was necessary.

A 3 Admirals are considered WG's strongest power. Not every warlord is equal and even WG knows that considering Mihawk has like double or triple the bounty of all Admirals.

Mihawk is strongest swordsman in the world acknowledge by World Government. Brawneww Just called him WSS

Not to mention "Blind Swordsman of Navy" did not even get a name drop as second strongest swordman..instead they got Shanks.

Prime Garp > Every Admiral
Yet WG never crowned him strongest fighting force.


If Admirals are always strongest Navy has to offer than anyone who isn't an Admiral is strongest anymore

Not only will Bonney probably get more character focus than Kid did during the Wano arc, but it seems like we might also get Bonney's backstory as well unlike Kid whose backstory was never shown.

We even got Bege's backstory during the WCI arc, even though it wasn't through a flashback at least Oda told us his backstory through Jinbe.

And it is solely due to how big of a threat Akainu himself thinks Mihawk is, as the head of Navy..every bounty has to go through him.

Marines considering Mihawk alone..by himself bigger threat than an emperor who has an army and commanders backing him up.

Even if we argue Akainu >= One Emperor..if 3 Billion bounty threat aka an emperor declares war on WG..they would prepare with all three Admirals.

One Navy Officer being able to take out 3.6 Billion berry threat by himself doesn't make sense.
