In one chapter Oden was being hyped by the dude next to His father on how he is special and powerful
In one chapter, Capone was hyping Katakuri on how he is special and powerful

50 chapters... King/Queen ar yet to be hyped
by anyone , their skills is nothing special

Please... KATA is the only non Captain/Non Yonko/Admiral to have CoC + advanced haki alongside Rayleigh.

King/queen do not have superior indidvual hype than Cracker even!
There is nothing even placing King above cracker indiviually

Yonko commanders bounties is inflated by their Capt actions and influence.

You can only properly scale commanders on their skills and stats.
While you judge Captains on their Bounties, skills, stats , territories, influence and power

Based on balanced and the portrayal based on Kaido and Big mom, it would make sense that Katakuri is stronger then Kaidos calamities as King or Queen. I can´t imagine that Kaido having two characters or even three who are equal or even stronger then Big moms strongest commander who strenght is easily more above Smoothies, Big mom YC2 lvl character.

Based on portrayal and if Ace beeing Kaido son I can see him above Katakuri because probably also facing Luffy as next step and enemy.
The other two as King and Queen, they should be under Katakuri lvl based on the equal lvl of each Yonkou crew. If im wrong I wouldn´t be surprise though, it wouldn´t be the firsttime when Oda making something different and don´t hold in the previous stuff.
