It's not surprising that the Flying Six are above the Numbers, it's them who have been hyped as the strongest Beast Pirates right after Kaido and the Calamities. The Numbers while strong are more like the Beast Pirates' version of the Giant Squad it seems. Plus they seem to be more giant muscle than able of leading troops.
