6 Tobbi Roppo (Flying Six)
9 Numbers (10-2 since jack is the "11" and card games dont have a "1" they have 2-10, King, Queen, Jack, Joker (Doflamingo) and Ace (Kaidos son?))

Kaido is in a class of his own and I wouldn't put him on the same level than them. And he's at least good at commanding the crew while the Numbers don't seem to have any leadership quality.

Jack, Queen & King all share the exact same rank, even if those two are technically stronger. There's nothing to promote Jack to. He's already a calamity & one of Kaido's right hand men.

Are some of the flying six as strong or stronger than Jack? Who knows, but as if right now all of the calamity spots are taken so none of them can become one unless one of them dies first which they're presuming it to be queen since he's morbidly obese.
