I think the other Seraphim will actually have access to the DF power of the originals. Sera Jinbe can mimic Gyojin Karate and Sera Mihawk can mimic Mihawk’s sword skill. Vegapunk figured out how to clone Zoan DFs, so maybe he found out how to clone Logias and Paramecias too. Or he just equipped them with tech that lets them mimic the DF power
