Brook is fodder who already ran from weaker members of CP0 so Zoro can’t count on him for back up, Stussy demolishes him no need for Kaku. Then there is the Seraphim CP0 is transporting! Zoro is in for quite the ass whooping

You got it wrong, Lucci wont hypetool Zoro because two Emperors were used to hypetool Zoro. One Lucci can never do that.
If anything, Zoro can be used to hypetool Lucci and Kaku to show that they are still relevant players strength-wise.
That proves that people were scaling Lucci and Kaku wrong the whole time. Unless Zoro trashes them both, of course.

No, Lucci is one of the best villains if the manga, maybe even the best depending in tastes, this to say he will not simply be used to hype Zoro cause that would ruin him and that is a pity.
Think about DB Super, they brought back Frieza because he was, most likely, the best villain of the manga. They did not use him to simply hype Goku or Vegeta but gave him a status of "serious villain" again (and totally out of the blue, "I trained for 4 months", just like Oda with Crocodile) and was on oar with the heroes, even fought alongside them against the new big bad villain of the saga/s. Oda will do the same with Lucci. He is obviously weaker than G5 Luffy and most likely Zoro too, yet he will maybe get a spar with Luffy or Zoro (not going all out) with no clear winner in the end in order to hype him up, or simply shown as a still relevant character powerwise in the current events exactly how Oda did with Crocodile.
