debridement is what I called microsurgery, but if it has a vascular connection to the bone, or if it is calcified, which is most likely since she said it is permanent, tghen we need to excise it. Hemangiomas require embolization

Debridement is a minor surgery (as in handled without going past superficial tissue/short surgery) not a microscopic one.
