My Problem with femminist media types

I think there's more nuance to it then just sexism, it's not exactly like labor work is fun so most women dont prefer to work at those places
however if women wanna work at those areas then they should be allowed
I think employment should be allowed to anyone who wants it assuming their willing to do the job ofc
not to get off topic but the employers being ultra picky who they hire is a stupid practice which has lead to record low unemployment so im for mandatory employment of women and men who need jobs

No. Just like wannabe terrorist are not inherently evil. They are dangerous not by essence but because of their structure in society.
Incels must be stopped just like harasser must be stopped. Now, there is multiple ways to do that, the hard way : censorship and Ban. Or the soft way : what I'm trying to do here by giving ressources to change.
