As someone who’s only following the world cups and nothing in between it would be a bit silly to make bets, won’t it ?

World cups games are usually hard to guess. Because most of countries play defensives (country's honor and prefer to watch the bigger nation). Most end with draws. Brazil, Belgium could be safe to bet.
Argentina, France, Portugal, Germany or Spain are really dangerous to bet on.

Also i wont underestimate Netherlands they have exciting players and with Van gaal in helm he did same thing for dutch in 2014.

I still think England has decent headpath towards final if they top the group.

Croatia , Denmatk are dark horses they can be good if heaven wills it.

Giant killers and not yo be underestimated:

1. Senegal -Pretty decdnt side imo have some experience lineup .

2. Japan -They gave belgium run for money last time. They can surprise with good football.

3. Serbia -They build decent side can be problematic to opponents.

4. Switzerland-Party popper . They can be really good in their given day.

Its true defense wins matches. Especially in knockout games. Hard to predict group games big teams end up havung troubles taking on countries they never played against and ends up losing.

As we proceed to knockout its easy to predict games.

I still think Germany can spring surprise here. Hansi Flick is a world class manager he turned bayern into unbeatable force in a year.

He has bought in fresh blood. Never underestimate the Germans they usually do well in cup games.
