vegapunk is still a genius maybe the smartest person even without df and ohara books but you can’t deny that the others wouldn’t have been anywhere close to his intellect if they had the same buffs, queen wouldn’t do much, ceaser would get pretty far but judge would match current vegapunk no questions

I am talking about how you give him way more credit for being the inventor. It's not about who's stronger.

Judge did continue on the lineage factor research, and on his own learned how to copy and augment life. Vegapunk‘s inventions are still shrouded by doubt from knowledge obtained from Ohara books, then you have the super memory df.
On the surface Vegapunk is the smarter person, but when you compare the baselines he was never that special. He could’ve been more intelligent before these upgrades who knows, but it’s cheesy nevertheless

Vegapunk discovered life's blueprint before he joined the WG—it's the reason why they arrested and took him in the first place. He only read the Ohara books after joining the World Government as noted by Dragon in the last chapter. Again, his devil's fruit only expands his memory. How he interprets that data and how he utilizes it is completely up to Vegapunk's intelligence. The fact that he needed to expand his memory to complement his intelligence proves that his intelligence was hindered by his human brain capacity. That means his intelligence is beyond humans to be blunt.

Yeah the Vinsmokes are still a badass bunch. Raid suits, mutations that's still actually very good. Sanji was alluding that if he became an emotionless monster like them and use the raid suit he would be able to destroy Queen, that says something about them, in a 1v1 they were always getting the better of BMP.

The Vinsmoke siblings have powers without raid suits and are also humans. They‘re literally like the Seraphim and were created 21 years ago while the Seraphs only exist now. Reiju has literally Magellan‘s poison DF AND can swim, Ichiji has lasers, Yonji super strength, Sanji would have invisibility…did you forget about that?

Yeah most likely this. Momo is learning all of his abilities, I fail to see how that df was scrapped if not for that reason. He didn't want a Kaido 2.0 at the hands of the WG.

Vegapunk on the other hand cloned the Seraphims from scratch.. .Didn't Sera Jinbe wait for the SHs infront of a Test Tube? All he had was King's DNA & the Warlords' DNA to work with.
Queen also recreated the abilities Judge gave his children btw... i doubt you'd say he's close to Vegapunk because of that..
