We were a regional power at best with a lot of industrial potential. No one assumed the U.S. would be capable of much until we got involved in WW2, both Japan/Germany severely underestimated our industrial potential even then.
Middle East in general. It was driven hard by the US, too. Idk why many Americans are under the impression they're innocent in this. Sorry, but that just annoys me. Literally every war is like American proxies vs Russian proxies.
Really? How much do you know about Russian involvement in the middle east decades before the US set foot on that soil? Russia has had heavy involvement in the middle east since before ww1, in the 50's after ww2 Russia already had a foothold in the middle east when countries like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and Egypt became soviet client states and Moscow first decided to invade Afghanistan in 1979.
If it's a dig on me I only said Russia did not use their advanced tech yet.
Rest are delusional because Russia send spares, they never meant to take Ukraine in no time. The longer war goes on the more economy of neighboring countries is ruined.
I know how bad it is for my country, everything goes up month after month because of this war.
Most of Russia was always poor but that's a fact not a fucking America found level of reveal. Only a few big cities matter but that's enough for Russians it seems.
Money goes either to oligarchs or to the military. They are dangerous, and the image of them being poor drunkards is very misleading.
They spam money into the military.
Answer me with all honesty. Do you believe that what Russia sent/is sending to Ukraine atm is the best they can do?

Dude, 8% GDP loss means 8% less income from ALL SOURCES in the country. That is ridiculous amount of money lost. Russia already defaulted on their debt meaning their credit rating is dog shit, they hit recession few days ago. Their economy is so busted it will take them decades to recover.
And their GDP keeps dropping.
Putin doesn't have time to fuck around otherwise he won't have a nation to rule over. Dude sent what he had, it got rekt and he is now forced to send in turds. Decimate his population even more that already sucked because Russia is in heavy birth-rate decline
This idea that Putin is keeping best in reserve is utterly dumb cause his image in the world is all time low and no one gives a shit about him
This is not the idea. This is reality. There are better forces and definitely better technology. But for some reason, they weren't used yet.
Take into consideration too that in case of a nuclear attack he has to get those two fucks to collaborate with him. They don't seem to be on the same board in terms of all ideas for the military.
You better be right, I don't speak for Russia's benefit lol and you really disrespected me by calling me "Putin's fanboy" if you know anything about history its the TOTAL OPPOSITE.
I'm just aware of the danger because remember. We are next in line, not UK, not France, not Germany and not your country.
I think my people have had enough of Russians barging into our country
Idgaf about USA's help, they are poisoning my country for years, I'd prefer to not be dependant on them but that's impossible, for now.
You also think that we would crush RussiansI don't think so but let's believe what we want to believe.
Lets get real both NATO and Russia fear each other and this fear comes from their nuclear arsenal. If war happens,by the end of it,nukes will fly everywhere as a way to make sure no one wins.Without Nukes Russia has a serious lack of men and equipment to deal with Nato.Russia is big,but not densely populated.
