Yeah I don't think Luffy's top crew will be peaking at Tobi Roppo tbh, but some of the Tobi Roppo may be immensely strong. I would assume some are similar to Big Mom's "Monsters". Sanji could trash around Oven like he could trash around Page One, same difference:p, but some are clearly stronger than Oven/Page One (Pero/Campote/ Snack or Sasaki, X Drake or Who's Who possibly, just a guess)
Anyway, without getting into the possibilities of multi-tiered battles or rematches:
- Supernovas/Former WB Pirates vs. Kaido/Big Mom (Before this, I think everyone is warranted some sort of growth fight, at least the Strawhats)
- Luffy vs. "Ace"
- Kid vs. Smoothie (I'm not sure if Oda will allow Kids brutality on a woman but I feel like Kid needs a fight outside of a Yonko to show how strong he really is)
- Law vs. Snack
- Zoro vs. King
- Sanji vs. Queen
- Inu/Neko vs. Jack (payoff from Zo, I vibe with it, like Kyros getting revenge on Diamante, a top Doflamingo executive)
- Apoo/Drake/Killer/Hawkins vs. Daifuku
- Apoo/Drake/Killer/Hawkins vs. Perospero (if a "certain" Mink doesn't have revenge)
- Apoo/Drake//Killer/Hawkins vs. Oven (if he's there)
- Apoo/Drake/Killer/Hawkins vs. Campote
- Kin'emon vs. Kanjuro
- Asura, Denjiro, Kawamatsu, Kiku, Izo (+ other former WB captains when they arrive) vs. The Numbers.
- Jinbe vs. Sasaki (I like the idea that he's related to Jinbe in some way in terms of fighting style and possibly gave Jinbe's scar; cue possible mini-flashback for Jinbe this arc)
- Franky vs. Who's Who (may be more than a swordsman, especially with a Zoan)
- Chopper vs. Page 1 (seems to fight ferociously like Chopper would, both seem "Young" and immature)
- Nami/Robin vs. Ulti/Black Maria.
- Shinobu and Raizo vs. The Onibawanshu
- Brook vs. Mimiwarigumi
- Usopp vs. Orochi
- Carrot, Wanda, Blackback, Roddy, Shishilian, Concelot, Giovanni vs. A bunch of other, smaller fights against random named headliners, Mont d'Or, Amande, Smoothies sisters (Cinnamon and Citron), Bavarois, Etc. To show off the minks and their strength.
Too much to count. We are going to be in this for a long while. Oda completely named each group like it was nothing this past chapter so it's going to get ridiculous.

that is a big possibility
but I feel like if Kidd fights a commander, he will take on King. He is supposed to be Luffy's rival after all, so I think it makes sense for him to fight the strongest calamity. Also, both King and Kidd can fly so they can have an actual air battle, unlike with Zoro.
