I´m still against changing it because in knockout stages there are no real remis in the end, imo you have to predict a winner and not get rewarded for getting cheap points by simply predicting 0-0 or 1-1 after 90 minutes

Make it worth for 90 + eventual extra time (15+15)
Or, alternatively, not count the penalty goals but count the winner of the penalty shootout as the winner of the tie (ofc). For example:
I bet on Argentina-Australia 2:1
The game ends up 1:1 all the way until penalties, which Argentine wins. I should get 2 points for guessing the winner.
