Page One doesn't have horns in his dinosaur or hybrid forms either. Given how most of the Beast Pirates we've seen (and even the disguised alliance members) had horns, I'm inclined to believe that the horns are actually just accessories, and not necessarily due to being non human/gifters.

But even if Ulti's horns were authentic, (with the exception of smiles), zoan fruits shouldn't affect the appearance of their consumer in human form?
