I just don't believe Oda recycles former villain fights. Currently it just looks like Luffy is toying with him. He recovered and attacked attacked Sentoumaru, yes, but the question is if he can even handle Luffy angry now when he couldn't before.

2. Read Chapter 784 again, Luffy explicitly says he trained to get G4 while fighting the animals on Rusukaina
3. Caesar certainly was the main villain of Punk Hazard, no amount of cope changes that
