He would be a good hypetool for Luffy.
But if that would be the case, then the chance for Sanji vs Kizaru will drop to 0
(in case he is defeated, knocked out).
Maybe some skirmish and that's all.
P.S: Why would he ally with SHs? Against who they will fight? This option makes no sense. At most he might turn a blind eye to the situation and not engaging (assuming he has some relevant relationship with Sentomaru).

And what is Luffy's connection to Kizaru considering he has Akainu's burn mark on his chest? 
Kizaru only caused one of Luffys biggest mental breaks in the entire series, by showing him how powerless he was to protect his crew. Not like Oda would ever revisit that, and showcase Luffy now has the power to protect his crew.....
But Luffy was never compared to Ryuma, that was actually Zoro if you havent already forgotten Kappa and Hyo...
Only the act of saving Wano got compared to another act of saving Wano from 400 years ago. Difference.
Are you sure you are not mistaking Kizaru for Kuma because he was the one who showed him how helpless he is?
Luffy needs to deal with Gucci and seraphims which he cant harm at all in flame mode.
And Kizaru is too much of a technical fighter with high lethality of a light saber to spend his time giving Luffy a beating.
He simply cannot survive such a fight and that's why a proper fighter like Zoro will handle what Luffy cant, as always.

Greenbull was so mid that we already forgot that he could be related to Zoro, he was Lanji's opponent, Luffy was going to oneshot him and in the end nothing happened.
Kizaru at best clashes with Zoro or Luffy who is already in a multiple chapters fight, if Luffy was to defeat an Admiral it would've been the weakest and least important aka Greenbull.

So his role is to do as much shit as possible to everyone, he's first going gonna beat the crap out of Lucci and Kaku because killing Vegapunk is idiotic and they hurt Sentoumaru, then he's going for the straw hats because they are an eyesore

Ultimately it depends on whether or not it's preferable he's dead vs being an asset for Luffy. Akainu seems to imply that he'd be a huge detriment for the Marines because he knows their secrets (and probably invented half of them)
I guess we'll find out pretty soon.
Edit: if Kizaru intends to take him (not kill him) but not let Luffy have him, it's decent grounds for a conflict still.
