To outclass someone in speed is to be faster than him. Kizaru isnt faster than the man who is matching everything Kizaru does.
You confused speed for stamina because we have determined that "lightspeed" Kizaru is only as fast as rusty old Rayleigh.

I'm all for Crocodile wank, but I don't think his hype in the manga comes anywhere close to Rayleigh's own.

Would I be surprised if Croc came back and was relative to someone like Marco, or even Law? Not really.

After Lucci, I wouldn't be surprised if Doffy, Croc, Enel, all came back as strong as a YC1, maybe even stronger.
The only villian that got shafted so far is Moria and heheh Katakuri, but wouldn't be surprised either if they both became stronger the next time we meet them too.

Considering that his Will has been broken after the defeat and exact that thing returning to his prime when he decided to go back to New World and claiming that his wounds have healed, Crocodile's strength returning to his prime days and being top tier level...
