Robu Toujo is from Rosario+Vampire. She starts when the main character and friends take a trip from their alternate world school into the human world, and investigate a Witch's Knoll. Ruby is kidnapping humans under the control of her master, who is using the hatred the young Ruby has for humans to have her do her bidding. After they fight, Ruby sees the light, and helps to beat her master. She then joins the academy the rest of the main characters go to as an advisor, and often shows up to teach the cast things about their next enemies and whatnot. SHe's basically the classic villain joins the good side.
