Using my powers of deduction, I have confirmed that each of theQuintuplets correspond to an image:

Given the hints, I can also deduce that Flower is Nino, Charles is Itsuki, and Indigo is Miku. That leaves Yotsuba and Ichika, Professor and Pot Goblin. If Prof was Ichika, he would have won much earlier, and would not have needed to spend 1 hour in the Black Clover section. Therefore, Pot Goblin must be Ichika, and DrProfessor Yotsuba.

This is my deduction:

1 - Ichika - Pot Goblin (Thumb)
2 - Nino - Flower (Index)
3 - Miku - DoctorIndigo (Middle)
4 - Yotsuba - DrProfessor (Ring)
5 - Itsuki - Charles (Little)
