Thereβs no Sanji simping for children in the actual Manga. Hell I donβt even think Sanjis simped for Carrot.

Before I do my general analysis post, I want to do a brief explanation of how Boa's Fruit works, using Manga panels as direct evidence.
(Disclaimer: I did not want S-Snake to have Boa's Fruit, and I think the way Oda wrote this is unnecessarily sketchy, especially considering Boa's past as an implied sexual abuse victim. That's not how her Fruit works, though: it is based off of admiration for her beauty, as well as lust.
While most often, this is shown through Boa using her beauty to seduce men, and then turn them into stone via their impure thoughts regarding her body, Amazon Lilly showed he is also capable of using people's admiration for her beauty/cuteness to turn them to stone, rather than just pure lust.

The next instance I could find of heart eyes being triggered by Boa amongst the Kuja is, hilariously enough, Grandma Nyon herself. Am I supposed to believe this old ass lady, who already had her experience with chasing love, wants to fuck Boa Hancock? Somehow I doubt that (please no one make lewds of this, PLEASE):
Now that we've confirmed even the heterosexual elderly can fall for Boa's charms, we see her own attendants also simp over her, after Boa literally yeeted said elderly woman (who saved her life in the past, mind you) out of a fucking window. But, Boa's too beautiful, so, her attendants understand her attempted geriatricide:
Now, we have BY FAR the most important panels, that prove directly that Boa's powers are also based on beauty/cuteness/admiration, rather than purely lust. In this panel, Boa uses her Mero Mero Mellow, which is supposed to target people's impure thoughts, and turn them into stone, to turn three women who aren't even simping, and have no heart eyes, into stone.
This panel proves that Boa's Fruit is not purely-lust based, and that heterosexual woman are perfectly capable of falling for her charms. Marguerite does blush a little, though. Her admiration for her Queen's beauty is too great, and she cannot bear to stare her straight in the eyes:

So with that, I agree. If its sort of a "Kawaii" thing, I might see letting it slide but in general, it probably would have been better if she did not have this ability at all. And Japan is notorious for being way too tolerant of that type of content.
In fact, in all honesty this is one of the things/potential themes that opened my eyes to the imperfection of Japanese culture, Anime and Manga in general. I used to be a hardcore fan because, when they are running Anime during the Nineties in the West... there is a lot of themes involved which were pretty meaningful, of a moral consideration and the tendency is just like the fruit ability described there... to fall in love with a beautiful thing. But later in life, as I studied some of the darker elements of various Anime, and obviously offered a thoughts on the origin of the "Hentai"/"Anime porn" culture - I realized that, in all honesty Japan has, either intentionally or unintentionally played a major - like a super major, massive role in legitimizing a lot of horrifying sexual ideas to a great many people in numerous cultures. And it doesn't just start with pedophilia - obviously other things as well.
It becomes very hard to have that discussion, because a lot of the hardcore "Otakus" are in a infatuated state with respect to Japan and Anime and have lost critical objectivity. When I was younger, I used to very strongly dislike all those "Old Style Westerners" who mocked or harshly criticized Anime, etc. But at this point in my life, though I do think they go too far at times (The figurative "throw out the baby with the bath water scenario) - it is absolutely warranted in many cases. Not everyone who dislikes these things out of Japanese culture does so because they are some ignorant "Western colonial racist". There is a moral sketchy area tied to it, that needs to be talked about more.
The last two chapters were absolute bangers !
- I love how the story is going with CP0 going against Sentomaru which is setting up the good marines against the corruption of the WG. Lucci embodies the evils + corruption of the organization, and they won't hesitate to harm their own. The Sword + G-5 + G-14 alliance with the Straw Hats is becoming more likely with every chapter, and they are nearby.
- The situation obviously echoes Shabondy with Kizaru, Sentomaru, and the Pacifistas but in reverse. This time Luffy and Co have the advantage, and people are depending on them.
- I think Zoro is gonna fight Kizaru much like how Rayleigh did it before him. I would not be surprised if Seraphim Mihawk joins that battle as a way to power scale or show Marimo's progress.
I think Kiri would have absolutely loved that chapter :(

Good chapter finally the climax of the arc about to start. Really tho this arc outcome really hard to guess after that gb fiasco anything could happen but just hope there is full fight later on. Luffy blocking the enemy's view upfront with a debris while the next attack is underway from another direction, and it landed is like it came from Sekiro rather than cartoons lol.
I wonder if Vegapunk can make green blood out of Katakuri's fruit which functions like Logia.
What if the reason why Blackbeard has 2 fruits is he infused WB's blood (and he someone know the same or similar process that Vegapunk used) with his own instead of eating an entirely another fruit?
Maybe Usopp will have an upgrade like getting his own fruit power so he won't feel mostly useless. Since Oda doesn't want him to have seastone ammo.
