It's that special time again. Time for this clown to speculate wildly.
I just realized that since Film Red isn't canon, Uta could technically appear in more films/content outside the anime. Still need to see Film Red, LOL.

As I've long believed, Kuma is capable of moving himself at speeds much greater than when he "teleports" others. By using his paws as makeshift rockets, he's more or less a missile. Kuma hitting the red line near the WG symbol is symbolic of the Revolutionaries declaring war on the WG.
Page 2:
So, it seems the rumors are that Kuma left himself, rather than was taken. Is it possible Kuma activated before, in order to escape Mary Geoise with Sabo and the gang?
Page 3:
Kuma looks badass staring up at the symbol of his enemy, love the look on his face. "He's a man with no shred of humanity... he may serve the Celestial Dragons..." nice wordplay here by Oda. My hope is that Kuma is going to save Vivi from Imu. If she's been away from the story this long, I assume she's capture, and, since she was last seen in Mary Geoise, it would make sense for her to still be there.
Other fun possibilities are:
-Kuma freeing the slaves like Fisher Tiger before him
-Kuma stealing the treasure of Mary Geoise
-Kuma teleporting someone connected to the Celestial Dragons/WG
Is it possible that Mjosgard, the Celestial Dragon Otohime made "human", who saved Shirahoshi at the Reverie, ordered Kuma to do something, since he is a Celestial Dragon and can give him commands? If Kuma is still controlled by the Celestial Dragons, and is heading to Mary Geoise, it would make sense for a Celestial Dragon to be in control of him.
Page 4:
Vegapunk is so smart that he knew people were coming to kill him and didn't bother ensuring his ships were safe. Ugh. I love how Kaku is openly simping for VP's tech in this arc. Lucci isn't wrong, the only current Yonkou who has earned his status is Shanks. Luffy hasn't proven he can defend his crew or territory against a top tier, yet (with Lucci injuring Sentomaru right in front of him despite Luffy having Future Sight).
Really wanna see what Lilith can do with that gun. Half of the Punks seem to be crazy (Atlas, Lilith, York) while the other three are sane (Edison, Pythagoras, Shaka). Looks like OG punk is used to being ignored by his Satellites. That's so funny, I thought Lilith would run, and here she is trying to fight.
Page 5:
The reason this series takes this long is because Oda has to tease EVERYTHING rather than just tell us who the fuck is talking. Ugh.
Who are ya'll betting on? Scopper Gaban came to mind, just because this arc is full of people who wear sunglasses. Yep. That's my reason. My dream is that it's Shiki, though, because it ties into Rocks and Shiki can make the ship float (teased by the opening Paint that has the Sunny flying). Shiki was also teased in Wano, as the old hag Kurozumi Higurashi showed off his face while showing Orochi her Devil Fruit powers.
The most likely person is Smoker, though. Smoker has been mysteriously absent this arc, and refers to Vegapunk's request as an "order". Vegapunk mentioned there being people in the Marines and World Government who would want to work with him, and I think Smoker is one of those types. My guess is Smoker got in trouble during the Reverie, or because of it, due to his connections to Alabasta and Princess Vivi, and is now hiding out on Egghead. Hopefully he got some power-ups from working with Punk if this is the case.
Page 6:
"All seven are coming?" "I'd get him outta here in One Piece." Yeah, some Punks are dying. I love how Nami and Usopp both want nothing to do with this dangerous old man. Welp, apparently Bugs were the last straw. Bonney is probably going to cause Vegapunk's death at this rate.
Page 7:
Originally, I thought the Punks lured CP0 up by disabling the Frontier Dome momentarily. The fact that it wasn't them is VERY interesting.
"Is someone in the control room?"
"No, our detectors aren't picking up anyone."
WHOOOO IT'S SHIRYU TIME, BABY, THE INVISIBLE MAN IS HERE! Shiryu snuck in, and turned off the dome to get the rest of BB Pirates with him into the lab, calling it now.
Page 8:
Love the panels of Kaku before and during his kick, he looks like a real gangster. It's hilarious that, all these arcs later, this fucker is still trying to destroy the Straw Hat's ship.
Page 9:
Some of the cleanest Zoro panels in ages, what crisp action. Love the silhouette of him waking up, too. That's some nice CoO on our boy, as well. Great action page.
Page 10:
Hopefully Sanji gets sent down to the ship so we can get Sanji vs Kaku and Zoro vs Luccii (I'm awful). Wish I could tell which swords Zoro is using, I'm curious if Enma is being used, considering it's power output. It's possible Zoro doesn't want to use it on the ship because he doesn't want to hurt the Sunny.
Page 11:
Luffy wants more vacation time, jeez. Bonney separating Vegapunk from the group is... very bad for Vegapunk. I've long said I thought some Punks would die in this arc, and since this chapter reinforced how important it is to keep the OG Punk alive, and how "All Seven" Punks were coming along, I think we'll see some death soon. I imagine Bonney will face off against Stussy a little, with Bonney altering Stussy's age, only for Stussy to shrug it off (since Stussy's character has to do with her deceptive age).
Page 12:
Wonder what paper Killer was looking at? Kid on Elbaf is a nice fit, his personality does work well with the Giants (and might lead to some fun fights). As I theorized, it looks like Elbaf has giant animals, considering the size of that fish. Once Tama sails with the Straw Hats, she'll be able to tame Giant Animals on Elbaf, which should be fun.
Page 13-14:
And here he is, the man, the myth, the Garp. Interesting that Oda is showing Garp and Lucci both like ignoring orders. Lucci mentioned wanting to talk to a "certain idiot" about Luffy, I've long wondered if he meant Garp, and that Garp trained Lucci.
I think Garp IS going to Egghead, though, for two reasons.
1: Law is already fighting Blackbeard, so there's no proof Koby is even on Hachinosu. The Marines know this, and once Garp finds out, he might reconsider attacking the island.
2: Garp probably doesn't know that Luffy is on Egghead, yet. Once he finds out his crazy grandson is involved with CP0 and Vegapunk, I think Garp will show up.
Oda is pairing Helmeppo with Hibari a lot. Imagine Helmeppo ends up marrying and banging Akainu's daughter? LOLOLOLOLOL alright, why not.
Great chapter, sets up a lot of fun stuff. Zoro is surround by CP0 agents, Bonney is threatening Vegapunk's life, Kid is about to get some Giant wins (or losses), and Garp is finally going to be shown fighting (maybe).
