The point is I *can't* punish the player, I think I had a post a bit before explaining that. Primarily because of precedent, anything done here could be used later in a way that no one really wants to see. For example, if the player is responsible for something the host allowed, it becomes hard to distinct that from a player making a genuine error, and we obviously don't want to go down that road. And frankly, anything else I think I could do, would be overly punitive, such as "banning wishes". I don't really believe I have any options available here, ultimately it relies on trust but that isn't viable either. In the absence of any other idea, I'm inclined to leave it as is, and hope that any issues that come from things like this do not crop up enough to be of concern.
