Bon Clay wasn't slow at all

Jyabura isn't slow (moving quickly while using Tekkai was his speciality actually)

Queen isn't slow, he just doesn't moves around that much, but thats compensated by him attacking from different directions and angles, in many different forms, and quickly as well.

Vergo wasn't slow, and Sanji had to let himself get hit.

Sanji was the first one to fight Doflamingo in the air, where he gets advantages. Still got acknowledge tho

The wasted plot.

No idea what they say here, but it looks dope.

This can still happen if Sanji awakens his exoskeleton lile Luffy did with his DF but Sanji will probably control his evil side and wont be consumed. As Kaido said both body and mind catch up with ability person awakens, don't lose your hope.
