Almost every human civilization had some form of hierarchy or structure of authority. That ain't gonna change. It's just that with American captialism, there's barely any mandates or regulations to prevent exploitation and giant monopolies. America is the only developed country that doesn't mandate paternity leave or guarantee paid vacations.
