There was trap.
Let's rewind what I said:
- If you are defending that law, then you are transphobic
- Trans should not break the law but say fudge the law
- We should break the law
In short, if a law is transphobic, we must not accept it. We must fight against it and BREAK the law.
So, if you oppose the law and say that trans people should not break the law but we should break the law instead, then you are an ally
But if you defend the law by only saying that trans people should no break the law, then you are protecting a transphobic law and you are therefore transphobic by extention.
