I think they still have the power of U3. Because Shiki has the Wormhole power from Ziggy/Nero. So I am sure during this arc they will get the same strenght what they had in U3.
And the next chapters name is pwer and body. I think in that chapter Shiki will get his power back.
I don't think that they exist in U0.
If Elsie lives a happy life with Justice on Lendard, then there was never a war and without that war, Elsie mother never turned to Acnoella. So I don't think that Acnoella is in U0.
Same thing with Crow. Cure said that he "created" Nero and Drakken and both of them are now together in U0. Coincidence? I don't think, so maybe Cure is the mastermind behind Drakken and Nero in U0 too. But this time he never created Crow, because he has Drakken and Nero?

This time his lines are red. So we had purple in his first overdrive form against Drakken, the green lines after the time skip and now red. Is there a reason behind it?

Looks great. So Nero still has his wormhole EG, what means that the water attack is an ability of his race, thats nice. Shura is the emperor well thats ok too. Laguna is back thats great too. What I don't like is the fact that Neros dices are "weak" against Shiki. With his dices he easily killed Jaguar and he easily perforated Ziggy but this time his dices are usless because Shiki is the MC.

I checked it up and Nero 100% used a way stronger attack on Jaguar
The Dices are way faster and like lasers in this attack
This is a 50/50 arc for me
It can either lead to greatness or to the downfall of this manga
I’m 100% the real shit will start when they find Mother. We will understand this whole U0 concept and what the true nature of gravity is. Xeno the founder and the Dark Ages have the answers.
Shiki's gravity can even pull memories from a different world. He pulled the memories of the 4DS and even the memories of U3 to U0. This is why everyone remembered what happened in the others Universes

Tbh for me the whole point of the 3 year TS doesn't makes sense and is useless, they could travel to lendard without the time skip and the outcome of the battle would be the same....Hiro made the time skip to show how much they changed during the time skip, but besides their designs there wasn't really a change. Even if they got stronger (what Hiro not really has shown), I believe they still could fight against the DS.
They only would be defeated by the hands of the OSG but even with the time skip they would be dead without the plot. I don't think that they could defeat Ziggy, Crow or Acnoella without the help of the plot (Ziggys case), Elsie and Justice (Acnoellas case) and Crow (Edens Zero weapon, Holy and Erasers help).
Therefore there isn't really a difference for me if they are 3 years older or not.
Plus I am sure that they will get their power from 3 years ago back during the arc or after that arc. Even if that power will not make a real difference

That's why I dislike time travel/time based powers. I'm not abandoning the ship cause I still expect some cool stuff to be written but Hiro really pissed me off with this one. I feel zero hype for the current Universe stuff. Especially since we will waste a lot of chapters on reforming the crew and seeing what difference is between this and our previous Universe.
Are you sure? Somehow I don't feel that they got so much stronger during the time skip. Maybe because Hiro not really showed it. In the battles against the OSG we also didn't saw anything, Crow, Cure, Acnoella and even Ziggy doesn't show anything. Thats the reason why I don't feel the time skip. Because these members of OSG were shown to be "weak". Shiki only won against Ziggy because Ziggy never fought seriously and because he "killed" Pino and because of her "death" Shiki got angry and got a new power up, but the same thing could happen without the time skip.
Before the time skip, Hiro showed us how powerful the OSG and OSI members are, but after the time skip we never saw that power again. Which is why I hate the time skip.

But thats the interesting point in time travel stories. Everything can be changed and in U0 Rebecca lost her power to travel through time, so this universe is more interesting to watch, because if someone dies during the battles, that character will stay dead.
And not only that, the whole change what happens because of the time travel will also be interesting to see. Why is Nero with Drakken? Why is Laguna the leader of Oasis, what happened with that big cat? Why is Shura the emperor and is he the same asshole like he was in U2? What happened with Elsie, Justice, Cure, Crow and the others?
Are Rachel and her church cult the true enemies? Will Rachel be the only one who will know everything? Is that part of her plan? etc.
I think U0 will be better in everything forms, developments, battles, emotional moments, story and dark moments.

It feels like that all the previous sacrifices and hardships went partially to nothing
The only good thing is that Rebecca can’t rewind time so the tension is higher this time
