Each of those groups have their fair share of movement restriction techs and decent fire power.

And is it a coincidence that S-snake attacks Franky's group? Franky as the only non haki guy, that can afford to get hit by S-snake's on contact petrification?

That's the thing. In his Prime the dude was fighting the PK, had Adv CoC but "only" was tried to be turned into a normal ass Admiral.

Also, during MF he was clearly ruled below the other Admirals. They're the Navy's strongest officers confirmed by Admiral Maynard in Dressrosa as well.

Basically, Old Garp getting feats would be early Christmas for us

Garp has pirate king level portrayal,a pk who is rivals with wb, he's about the same age as WB and he is not sick like wb was, and we all know what a sick wb can do
