Character Discussion Luffy & Zoro Parallels All Throughout One Piece

What is this thread then?

I mean one is captain the other is crewmate so ai guess they have a dynamic. But they're completely different. Luffy moves on instinct and Zoro gets lost closed spaces. Fighting styles are completely different. I think Zoro's only connection is that he respects luffy and is strong.

Any parallel between Luffy and Zoro will be surface level. Like I said very different characters with very little in common.

Well, Sanji and Luffy also have parallels. The thing is, choosing to only look at what you like only shows you half of the picture.

Sanji fans and Zoro fans need to both shut up and try to increase their understanding of this story.

Like I can see parallel between luffy and garp, or Roger, even Usopp. Though i can't see how you would relate Zoro and Luffy. One uses three swords the other fights mute. One is a god the other an atheist. One is a racist cop the other one is colored.
