At the end of the day, a power system is just a sidenote in the overall story
The themes and end goal are what's being written about. Sometimes yes, a fight happens, but the fight itself is a footnote in the story, not a main part of it.

Ofc, fighting manga like Baki for example are separate cases.

False, WB had his own territory that he ruled and other Yonko had their parts of the sea to rule. He didnt rule the entire sea.

And I don’t think it’s downplay to say that lol. At worst it’s just saying that Shanks, like the other Yonko, was locked into a stalemate and couldn’t get out of that stalemate without virtually destroying his entire empire lol. I don’t understand why some Shanks fans disagree with this notion.

I think Kidd and Shanks will clash/fight but something will happen that will stop the fight. I dont see any of them losing at this point.
