Queen may have great durability but that doesn't mean he is invincible or can't feel pain.
Most normal people knows that Katakuri can take on Queen and defeat him, only Sanji wankers like you or people who are Katakuri haters think otherwise.
Queen only has a higher bounty than Katakuri because he likes to kill and because he is a former member of MADS, him being under Kaido is also another reason.

Katakuris role was literally the same as Mr. 3s and Bluenos for the YCs. The third strongest enemy subordinate taken down to hype up the two strongest which were King and Queen
Hell oda himself uses bounty scaling for the yonko commanders. The only people coping are katakuri fans who miss the old days when he seemed strong
