You got a couple of things wrong... He can have both Lunarian durability and DF durability up at the same time.
However, it wont make him any tougher because Lunarian durability is peak. Adding weaker durability on top of it is useless.
Even in flame off mode, I doubt metal is more durable than Lunarians. If it's the other way around, then flame off might be buffed by DF.

I disagree with generalizing the Admirals. In my view, there is a clear separation between the OG logia trio admirals and the new Admirals.
It is also not surprising that only the OG admirals have fought a top tier

This levels of delusion is beyond incorrigible. So much contradicting statements. Barely reaches the same status? Isn't it Zoro being 'ordinary' guy that ordained by author with graded swords to reach levels that 'ordinary' can't reach? Smh.
That said Luffy already peaked his powerlevel. He isn't getting stronger than that and still Zoro is looking better and stronger than his peak but he still has ground to evolve.
You might be onto something however, hard to see Giants turning their back on their protector, who seems to be using his name to shield Elbaf like WB did with FMI. Even if that were to happen, at worst case Shanks would be driven out of Elbaf but not before he takes PG copies from Kidd because that is the only purpose of Law/Kidd meeting these Emperors - to get them into the race for One Piece.

its actually good. i was worried it would be too predictable when Shanks totally destroys Kid, where no one would believe he's even got a chance. But Kid fans are crazy enough for anything.

My views on that matchup fluctuated during the arc and iirc only time I actually outright stated that I didn't think they were going to defeat Linlin was after that one chapter when they both had their asses handed to them by Linlin and were both passed out on the floor. This was after the two had already stated that they were already running on empty after using awakening. Forgive me for my lack of faith in the two under those circumstances 
. Even then I still held the view that they were gonna knock her off the island or something which actually ended up happening. Regardless, this is the not the same as their fight against Linlin. Kidd doesn't have to win here and stakes aren't nearly as high as it was Wano.

Wisdom Kings aren't losing to anyone but new gen top tiers like Teach or Imu who is final villain
