Like I said the last several times you've asked, my abilities got blocked by the wave. Tpein also mentioned his abilities where getting blocked one cycle, ans I assume since I'm at the bottom of the money stack that may be part of the reason why I was blocked those cycles.

Even then, it has a cool down so I can't use it in back to back phases
